What Oddbert is — and is not — and what using it means.
[DRAFT — to be finalised by the operator] This page is a structured draft. Text in square brackets is a placeholder; nothing here is a final legal statement until the operator has reviewed and published it.

What the service is
Oddbert publishes calibrated football probabilities, the bookmaker prices we have observed, and a public record of how those probabilities have performed. It accepts no stakes, pays no winnings and places no bets. Predictions are probabilities, not guarantees, and nothing on the site is betting advice.

18+
You must be 18 or older to create an account. The confirmation you give at signup is stored with the account.
- 3
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can turn on two-step verification from the dashboard. [ACCOUNT RULES — one account per person, grounds for suspension, to be set by the operator.]
- 4
Subscriptions and cancellation
Prices are listed on the pricing page and billed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal; access runs to the end of the paid period. [WITHDRAWAL RIGHT — the 14-day right of withdrawal and how starting the service affects it, to be set by the operator.]
- 5
No guarantee, no liability for bets
We publish every prediction before kick-off and score it after, and we make no claim we cannot reproduce on the transparency page. We do not guarantee any outcome. Any bet you place elsewhere is your decision and your risk. [LIABILITY LIMITATION — to be set by the operator with legal advice.]
- 6
Acceptable use
[ACCEPTABLE-USE RULES — e.g. no automated bulk copying of predictions or prices, no reselling, to be set by the operator.]
- 7
Responsible gambling
If gambling stops being fun, get help: StopSpillet (stopspillet.dk) and ROFUS, the Danish self-exclusion register, are linked in the footer of every page.
- 8
Governing law
[GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE — presumably Danish law, to be set by the operator.]
